Many pilgrims in Petra walk past the Uneishu Tomb because it is set back, and one level higher than the "lesser" tombs. Likewise, many are focused on other things in front of them, like the Amphitheater and Necropolis.
Most of the tombs in Petra are unidentifiable. However, this one has an inscription on it, therefore we know that it belonged to "Uneishu, brother of Shaqileth, Queen of the Nabataeans." That seems reasonable, as a massive tomb on this scale would not be cheap to carve out.
I like the way one of our guides described this area. He said, "This could be named the Nabatean 'Valley of the Kings and Queens.'"
